    HOW DO WE HANDLE RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS?


    Pre-arranged returns are allowed under the following guidelines:

    • Arrangements are verified in writing and a Return Merchandise Authorization is issued for each shipment.
    • Original packaging, documents and warranties accompany returns.
    • All items accepted for return must be unused.
    • The purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees unless other conditions are pre-arranged in writing.
    • We will accept returns within thirty days of receipt.
    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is printed on the outside of the container and inserted inside the container.

    • Cancellation of orders for merchandise from stock in our warehouse is allowed up to the time of shipment without penalty.
    • Cancellation of special order  items may incur a handling fee if already shipped from other locations.

    HOW DO WE HANDLE SHIPPING?


    • We ship worldwide using USPS, UPS, DHL and Fed-EX.

    • Shipping rates are set by the carrier and are the responsibility of the purchaser unless a prior agreement is made in writing.
