HOW DO WE
HANDLE RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS?
Pre-arranged returns are allowed under
the following guidelines:
- Arrangements are verified in
writing and a Return Merchandise Authorization is issued for
each shipment.
- Original packaging, documents and
warranties accompany returns.
- All items accepted for return must
be unused.
- The purchaser is responsible for
return shipping fees unless other conditions are
pre-arranged in writing.
- We will accept returns within
thirty days of receipt.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number is printed on the outside of the container and
inserted inside the container.
- Cancellation of orders for
merchandise from stock in our warehouse is allowed up to the
time of shipment without penalty.
- Cancellation of special order
items may incur a handling fee if already shipped from other
locations.
